PHILADELPHIA, PA (10/14/11) – SPEC-TRUM (To Represent Undergraduate Minorities) is pleased to announce that Theophilus London, Kendrick Lamar & Meek Mill will be performing at the 2011 SPEC-TRUM fall concert. The show will be presented in Irvine Auditorium at 8:00pm on Friday, November 4th (UPenn Homecoming Weekend).
