Sepalcure, is the product of collaboration between Praveen Sharma and Travis Stewart; Sharma produces house as Braille and Stewart releases dance music as Machinedrum. Since forming fortuitously in 2010, this duo produced their first full-length album in January of 2011 and has quickly gained momentum as their self-titled debut was named by Pitchfork as one of the Top 50 Albums of 2011. Nuanced with influences from dubstep, house, funk, and even gospel, Sepalcure eloquently draws inspiration from these diverse styles of music to transcend familiar genres and create a sound that is completely their own.
